GCSB does not sell personal data. We use the following services to run the website, portal and register. Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement or equivalent terms.
- Website hosting and delivery: Lovable and Cloudflare (global network). Serves the website.
- Database, sign-in and file storage: Lovable Cloud (Supabase infrastructure). Stores accounts, applications and uploaded documents.
- Email delivery: Lovable email service for website notifications; Zoho Mail for GCSB mailboxes.
- Credential records: Certifier, which holds qualification certificates issued to graduates.
- Publication repository: Zenodo (CERN, Switzerland), only for articles and documents approved for publication, including author names and ORCID iDs.
- Payments: GCSB's bank, for fee payments and refunds.
International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
