Announcement
The Global Converged Security Board has opened the GCSB Organisational Trustmark, an independent certification of an organisation's converged security readiness against the GCSB Converged Security Framework Version 2.0 standards.
How it works
- The organisation completes the free 42-question self-assessment across the ten framework domains.
- It applies through the GCSB portal, declares any relationship with accredited providers and pays the £1,300 application fee.
- The independent Assessment Board reviews the evidence and assigns a tier: Bronze (60-69), Silver (70-79), Gold (80-89) or Platinum (90-100).
- The certificate is issued with a GCSB-OT number, valid for 12 months, and listed on the public register.
Fees
Application fee £1,300. Tier award fee after assessment: Bronze £850, Silver £2,150, Gold £4,300, Platinum £6,900. Certificates are valid for 12 months with annual revalidation.
Independence
GCSB governs and certifies; it does not provide training, consulting or audit services. Evidence reviews are carried out by independent GCSB-Registered External Auditors, and the conflict-of-interest step-aside rule (GCSB-POL-003, section 7) applies to every assessment.
Update - 17/10/2026
After assessment and confirmation of the tier, the tier award fee and receipt are required before certification. Annual revalidation fees are Bronze £425, Silver £1,075, Gold £2,150 and Platinum £3,450. Renewal requires a fresh self-assessment, evidence update, annual conflict-of-interest declaration and Board approval. Use the agreed payment method with receipt upload while online payment links are pending.
